"Frames seem solid"
I’ve dropped them a couple times already, and the frames still feel like they’re holding up well. So far, I’d say they seem sturdy.

"Not much to choose from"
I went in hoping to find a few good options, but there wasnt much to pick from. The selection just felt limited.

"The lenses are super clear, right?"
I got my glasses from freyrs the lenses are really clear. I don’t notice any weird blur around the edges, and my eyes don’t feel tired even after wearing them all day. Maybe it’s just me, but they feel really comfortable so far, and I’m happy with them.

"Looks good, but the fit wasn’t for me"
I really wanted to like these because the style is actually nice. But it’s not even about the way they look, the fit just felt off on my face. They were a little tight on the sides, and after wearing them for a while, my nose started to hurt. I’m sure they might work better for someone with a different face shape, but they just weren’t comfortable for me

"At first I was a little unsure..."
At first I was a little unsure, but Freyr gave me a good feeling quick. The website was clear enough, and nothing there felt too salesy or fake, which I liked.
The team got back to me on time, and they explained things in a simple way, not all complicated like some companies do. Because of that, more comfortable I felt dealing with them.

Overall, Freyrs seems like a brand that knows what they are doing. If I need the same kind of help again, I would probably use them again.

"Pretty nice once I poked around"
I was just browsing around for a bit and, after clicking through a few pages, it was nice that nothing felt confusing or cluttered. The colors are easy on the eyes, the layout makes sense, and the pages loaded without any issues for me. Overall, it’s a clean site and easy to use.

"Pretty good for the price, I guess"
I wasn’t expecting much, but it ended up saving me some money and I haven’t really had any major issues with it. It’s not perfect, but for what I paid, I can’t complain too much...

"Pretty good overall, just a little slow"
Overall, it was a good experience. The service was friendly and everything turned out fine, but it did take a bit longer than I was expecting. I wasn’t in a huge rush, thankfully, and I had a coffee with me, so it wasn’t a big deal. Would still use them again

I found what I needed quickly, and the site didn’t make me jump through a bunch of annoying pages or deal with anything confusing. that feels fair to me, just let people find what they’re looking for without making it harder than it needs to be.

"Shipping was faster than I thought"
Ordered from freyrs.com. Didn’t expect much. But the shipping was quick. Like, really quick.

Got the tracking info soon. Package showed up earlier than I thought it would. Packed fine too. Nothing damaged. No problems.

Pretty happy overall. Simple order. Fast delivery. I’d probably order again just because of that.

"Refund took a bit, but it worked out fine"
I ended up needing to cancel my order with Freyrs and requested a refund. They didn’t get back to me right away, which had me wondering for a day or two, but once someone responded, the process was simple. The refund went back to my card after the normal processing time. I wouldn’t call it lightning fast, but it also wasn’t stressful or complicated, so overall I’m fine with how it turned out

"Exchange went smoother than expected"
I had to exchange my order, which probably could’ve been avoided if everything was checked properly the first time, but the process was easy. The team got back to me quickly, explained what I needed to do, and the replacement showed up without much waiting around. Not really any headache in the end, so I’d still use Freyrs again

"The prescription feels just right"
I got my glasses today and, i’m really pleased with how they turned out. The prescription seems to be spot on because everything looks clear, and I haven’t had any headaches, eye strain, or that weird blurry feeling I’ve had with glasses in the past. I’ve only been wearing them for a bit, but so far they feel comfortable to look through, and that’s always a relief when you’re trying a new pair. Overall, I’m happy with the experience.

Customer service did help me get things sorted out, but it took a bit longer than I expected. I’m guessing they might’ve been busy or short-staffed that day, but who knows. Overall, they were helpful once they got back to me

"I ordered from freyrs.com and the glasses..."
I ordered from freyrs.com and the glasses are okay overall, but the color looked different from the photos. I was expecting more of a warm brown, and in person they came across darker and almost grey. They’re still wearable and the quality seems fine, but I felt a little ignored as a customer because the pictures didn’t really show the shade accurately. Not a terrible purchase, just not something I’m excited about either.

"My box showed up beat up"
The frames themselves were fine and looked decent enough for what I needed, but the packaging was a letdown. My box arrived crushed, and the corner padding was loose inside, which made it feel like not much care went into getting it to me in good shape. Thankfully nothing broke, but I was still a little annoyed because I expected it to show up better protected.

"Return was easier than I expected"
i mean, I wasn’t exactly excited about having to return my order, but it actually went way smoother than I thought it would. I reached out to support, they got back to me quickly, and the steps were easy to follow. Once they received the item, my refund showed up a few days later. No hassle, no endless back and forth, which I really appreciated
